Most of these sexual health centres provide a range of testing, treatment, information and counselling services in a confidential and private manner.

Don't stress! Helplines are confidential and private. You have the option of remaining anonymous and asking all the questions you may be afraid or embarrassed to ask face to face. Most numbers starting with 1800 are free (except from mobile phones).
